Beamers and Whitecourt or Fox Creek - Day 14

Today was Ed's turn to get his bike serviced at the BMW dealer in Calgary - Blackfoot Motorrad. Had the oil and filter changed and some other minor things checked. By 1PM we were once again headed north.

Based upon a conversation with the service guy at BMW, either Whitecourt or Fox Creek were likely destinations to spend the night.

Now these towns aren't like any towns you may have ridden through or visited. There's very little there. Spread out all over the place. Some basic shops, supermarkets, fast food, motels, etc. But very different form most things you know. Things are much different here. Yes boys, we ain't in Kansas anymore.

Holed up in Whitecourt. Onward to Dawson's Creek and hopefully further tomorrow. Non-eventful day, boring scenery. 

One thing's for sure, we're gonna need our raingear tomorrow...........
